Freshness matters — and we take it seriously. Every order is baked with care and packed to arrive delicious, safe, and at peak quality. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship our freshly baked goods.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at [Your Email].
We cannot replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Perishable Food Items — No Returns

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any baked goods.
Once an item has left our bakery, it cannot be restocked or resold.

Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely happy with your order. We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:
1. Incorrect Item Received
If we mistakenly send the wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost or issue a refund.
2. Damaged Product
If your order arrives significantly damaged due to transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We may request photos of:

  • The damaged product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

This helps us file a claim with the carrier and resolve your issue quickly.
3. Order Not Received
If your package is lost in transit or never arrives, we will investigate with the carrier.
If confirmed lost, we will resend your order or issue a refund.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Processing & Baking Time

 

 

All items are baked to order to ensure maximum freshness.

  • Processing & baking time: 1 business day

  • Orders placed after 12 PM may be baked the next business day.

During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may extend by 1–2 days.

Tracking Your Order

 

 

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our bakery. Track it anytime until it arrives at your door.

Best for non-perishable items such as cookies or dry pastries.

Express Shipping (1–2 business days • Recommended)

Ideal for delicate or cream-filled items. This ensures your baked goods arrive as fresh as possible.

Local Delivery / Store Pickup (Same Day or Next Day)

Perfect for customers nearby. Pickup and local delivery options appear at checkout if available in your area.

Shipping Perishable & Iced Products

 

 

 

Some items require special consideration:

  • Cream cheese–based goods ship Express only

  • Frosted or glazed items may soften slightly during transit — this is normal

  • We do not ship perishable items over weekends to avoid delays
